'From initial consultation to after-sales support'

1) Initial enquiry by telephone, email or website enquiry form. One of our advisors will then discuss outline requirements and ascertain whether a planning application will need to be submitted.

2) One of our advisors will then arrange a brief visit to carry out a site survey and finalise any dimensional and stylistic preferences. Customer will opt for supply and assembly, or our complete build service.

3) A detailed quotation will then be despatched.

4) Customer accepts the quotation and requests our Planning submittal service if required.

5) Customer agrees drawings and they are submitted to the Local Authority if required.

6) Planning permission obtained (if required).

7) Customer is given a sequence and timeframe of works and the frames begin to be manufactured in our workshop.

8) Our groundwork team arrives on site if required.

9) Frame is completed and then test assembled at our framing ground. The frame is disassembled and stacked ready for delivery.

10) Frame is delivered to site along with all related joinery. Our craftsmen start to assemble the frame straight away. Additional stud, brick and block work carried out if required.

11) Our roofing team arrives on site if required.

12) All outstanding works such as electrics, decoration and plumbing are completed if required.

13) Contract is completed and signed off by the customer.

Delivery - is generally 4-8 weeks, depending on planning permission and the size of the building.

Terms - 15% deposit, 25% site survey / manufacture / planning permission, 50% upon delivery of the frame and 10% upon completion.
